Why does reporting matter?

We are committed to accountability. Reporting protects employees, the organization, and beneficiaries by ensuring issues are addressed and people are held accountable. As humanitarian workers, we have a responsibility to do no harm and speak up when we see something.

What happens when you report?

Your report can be anonymous or include your name. A case manager will determine whether an investigation is needed and may contact you for more information. You can log in and check the status of the case, and you will be notified when the case is concluded. Outcomes of the investigation will be shared when appropriate.

What should I report?

  • non-compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
  • financial concerns, fraud
  • conflicts of interest
  • information security

  • safety or security incidents
  • sexual assault and rape, sexual exploitation and abuse
