Press Release Medical Teams International Names Tricia Caldwell as Chief Development Officer By Medical Teams International September 9, 2024 Interim VP of Marketing & Development Promoted to CDO (Portland, OR) September 9, 2024 – Medical Teams International, a global health and humanitarian relief organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tricia Caldwell to Chief Development Officer. Tricia will continue to lead the organization’s Marketing & Development team. Her role as CDO is effective immediately. Tricia has been employed with Medical Teams since 2020. Prior to Medical Teams, Tricia served as Director of Consumer Sales, E-Commerce & Retail, at Stash Tea Company. She also served as General Manager at Starbucks for 15 years, managing and leading store partners to create and maintain the best customer experience at retail locations.
