Mobile Dental Clinics

Our Mobile Dental vans have transitioned to providing urgent dental care – an essential service during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our goal is to help relieve an overburdened healthcare system with these emergency dental services. Read the latest updates about our COVID-19 response.

Clinics in Washington

As of May 19, Washington clinics can now provide dental services beyond just emergency care. In some clinics, we can now provide fillings* and extractions. We do not provide teeth cleaning, dentures, crowns or root canals.

*not all dentists will perform fillings during this COVID-19 season.

SEATTLE KING COUNTY

* All Seattle King County clinics are only available to serve people experiencing homelessness or living in an unstable living situation. Patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and possible emergency dental needs at the Seattle King County Mobile Medical Van before they are sent to the Medical Teams Dental Clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible?

Patients who do not have dental insurance, are underinsured, or are without any reasonable means to pay for or access to emergency dental treatment. Please note: Some sites may have extra eligibility requirements.

Cost of service?

No charge.

What to expect upon arrival?

We have pivoted our mobile clinic model to include curbside screening for COVID symptoms while the patient is in their car. When the patient is cleared of symptoms, they are invited to park and go to the intake tent to complete paperwork before boarding the Mobile Dental Clinic. Unfortunately, anyone exhibiting or acknowledging at-risk symptoms will be turned away. We are not performing COVID-19 testing at these dental clinics.
