How to Build a Personal Care Kit: Fill a gallon-size zip storage bag with these unused items: 1 bar hypoallergenic soap 1 (travel size) deodorant, 1.6 ounces 1 bottle of tearless shampoo, 8-12 ounces (with interior seal) 20 bandages, 1” x 3” in small ziplock 1 new washcloth 1 comb, 7” 1 toothbrush (adult size) in original packaging 1 dental floss (in original packaging – expiring at least 18 months from drop off date) Toothpaste, 4-6 ounces (in original packaging – expiring at least 18 months from drop off date) Label your bag with the earliest expiration date Bring or mail your Personal Care Kit to our Tigard Distribution Center.
