REAL. LIFE. Reflections

Sometimes we take things for granted, and when they are taken away from us, we wish we hadn’t. Imagine living on less than two dollars a day! No food, shelter, medicine, or water. Those are things we don't worry about. But what about the people who don't have that? There is still a child dying each 3.6 seconds from hunger, malnutrition, or lack of medical attention. Put yourself in their position, and see the world from a different perspective.

REAL. LIFE. Exhibit was a real eye-opener for me. All the things I saw opened my eyes, and mind. All the scenes put me in a very uncomfortable spot. Then I thought, it’s like that for many people around the world—not for just a few minutes, but every day. So I realized how thankful I am for all the things I have.
