Privacy Policy: The identity of every donor is confidential. We do not sell, exchange or give our list to other agencies or corporations. We strive to be responsible in our management, truthful in our advertising and cost effective in our finances.
Refund policy: Due to regulations of the Internal Revenue Service, we are unable to provide refunds. We regret any difficulties this creates for our donors.

Overhead
More than 96% of gifts go to our programs and services. The contribution of thousands of volunteers’ time and millions of dollars in donated medicines, supplies and equipment helps Medical Teams International keep its overhead to an astounding 3.3%.
Coupled with highly efficient programs and careful fiscal oversight, Medical Teams International is able to deliver $120 of donated medicines and supplies for every dollar donated.
