Postcards to survivors

Many students who visit the REAL. LIFE. Exhibit have a life-changing experience.

After seeing the drawings and reading the stories of the children who survived the tsunami, the rebel fighting in northern Uganda, and the earthquake in Haiti, students leave postcards for the children.

The messages express these thoughts:

I care
You changed my life
Blessings and prayers

These messages represent some of the commitments students made as a result of their new awareness of what real life is like for many of their peers around the world.

I'm only one person, but I can make a difference!
