Has God called your church to care for people in need?
If so, let’s work together.
Our mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ to people affected by disaster, conflict, and poverty around the world. Whenever possible, we work in partnership with local churches to help those in need.
If your church is called to help those in need in our world, here are some opportunities for partnership:
Short-term teams: We send out nearly 200 volunteer teams to 50 countries each year. Your church may want to send teams to work with orphans, refugees, widows, the sick, and others whom Jesus called “the least of these” among us. Learn more >>
Local volunteer opportunities: You can volunteer at our distribution center in Tigard, Oregon, and our office in Redmond, Washington. You can become a REAL. LIFE. Exhibit volunteer. We also have opportunities to serve on our mobile dental vans that serve the neediest among us in Oregon and Washington. Learn more >>
Missions projects: If your church is looking for a missions project to care for orphans, the poor, refugees, or those affected by disaster, we have many church-based opportunities for you to consider.
Youth group projects: We can organize short-term volunteer team experiences for your youth group. We can also provide projects that your youth group can do to touch the world without even leaving home.
When disasters strike: We can partner together to provide your church members with a faith-based response that will support the efforts of churches in the affected area and clearly demonstrate Christ’s love in the areas of need
REAL. LIFE. Exhibit: Youth groups, Bible study groups, mission groups, and other small groups in your church can arrange tours of our multi-sensory REAL. LIFE. Exhibit for an experience that will provoke discussion and change perspectives for those who participate. Schedule a tour now.
