Organizational structure
Your team is made up of many players. This organizational chart shows the channels of communication, reporting and authority, and will also provide support for the team.
A team leader has been appointed for your team. On the field it is not the strongest personality who leads, but the person who is pre-appointed.
When a question or concern arises while you are on the field, your team leader is the appropriate person to consult. If your team leader cannot resolve the situation, he or she will follow this chain of command:
