The award honors businesses, non-profits and individuals for their contributions to business excellence and the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and civic and social responsibility. One of three finalists, Medical Teams International was nominated for going beyond the expected to achieve excellence in ethical business practices in the non-profit category.
Over its 32 year history, Medical Teams International has earned a reputation as a high integrity, high impact humanitarian relief organization. The organization’s financial leadership was recently recognized by the Portland Business Journal, who named Pamela Blikstad, Vice President and CFO of Medical Teams International the 2012 Non-Profit CFO of the Year.
