What makes us different?
Organizationally, we are comparatively leaner and more efficient than our peers, due in part to the substantial participation of medical and dental professionals and work teams. Our proven processes and good stewardship of financial resources help us do more with less.
Our funding comes from a broad funding base of individuals and foundations, so we are not heavily dependent on government grants. This allows us to continue our work without interruptions that can occur from funding cycles or government budget changes.
Financial accountability memberships
To ensure accountability for contributions, Medical Teams International is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
